NISA Announces FOUR New Projects at San Francisco Press Event

In San Francisco, today, at the NISA press event, four new games were announced for localization by the company!

Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair will be coming to North America and Europe this fall. Following in the footsteps of the wildly popular and equally successful Trigger Happy Havoc, Goodbye Despair changes the setting by sweeping all of the (new… *ahem*) students of Hope’s Peak Academy off to Jabberwock Island for some more student slaying sleuthing!

Fairy Fencer F will also be hitting the NA shores this fall. It’s the chronicle of the good Goddess, and evil Vile God, the battle that has raged for nearly an eternity, and the weapons they’ve left behind after they sealed each other away. These weapons, called Furies, imbued with the powers of fairies, and allied with either light or darkness are sought after by Fencers, traveling adventurers. It’s said that these items can grant a single wish. When Fang decides to free a Fury fro its resting place, it sets him down a path that will change him forever.

Battle Princess of Arcadias is a Princess Crown/Code of Princess meets Dragon’s Crown type action adventure. Of all the games announced, this is the one I’m most excited for. I very nearly purchased an import, as I never thought it would be localized. Thankfully, I was wrong. In traditional fashion, the kingdom has come under attack. Monsters abound. It’s up to you, as Princess Plume to stop them and reclaim your homeland for great justice!

Disgaea 4: A promise Revisited will be heading to PlayStation Vita this Summer. It’s a retelling of the critically praised PS3 game, with certain Vita exclusives, including new scenarios, new characters, new spells, new music, new items, and a host of Vita exclusive DLC.
